• Longer time period from which completed projects can be submitted (5 years instead of 3)
• Clarification and adjustments made to the CONCEPTUAL Category

SHOW THE JURY YOUR COMMITMENT TO DESIGN EXCELLENCE

Every year, jurors reward submissions that best tell the story of a project, its design concepts, and its lasting impact. In addition to the jury’s own standards and criteria, AIA Detroit will be asking this year’s jury to look for specific questions in response to AIA’s Framework for Design Excellence as they judge the projects, and give great weight to those answers. Please ensure you read through the Architectural Info Packet thoroughly to understand these changes for 2021.
