Our mission is to empower women in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry in Metro Detroit by fostering an inclusive community that provides mentorship, career development, and leadership opportunities, with the goal of creating a more equitable and diverse profession.

VISION: To create a future where women in the AEC industry thrive as leaders, innovators, and role models, shaping a profession that is diverse, inclusive, and equitable for all.
