As a Project Architect at INFORM Studio, you will act as a team leader in the execution of thoughtful, site-responsive projects that remain focused on the end-user and their experience of space. Our Project Architects embody the design ethos of INFORM Studio and work with our senior team leaders to deliver thoughtful designs and technical deliverables for all project phases on assigned projects. As an important member of the design team, you will also be responsible for the mentorship and development of less experienced team members, assisting them in achieving individual goals while providing guidance, motivation, and support. As a multidisciplinary practice, you will have the opportunity to work in close association with all of our disciplines and collaborate with our Project Management team to ensure we remain effective in the delivery of our professional services.

We specialize in the design of mixed-use, community, cultural, retail, urban design, and multi-family projects across the nation. Responsibilities and Duties:
– Collaborate with the senior team leader to manage project and client relations on assigned projects, overseeing the development of projects from pre‐design through project completion to meet set project goals.
– Collaborate with all disciplines to ensure a coordinated set of deliverables that are well detailed, consistent with INFORM standards, and integrate sustainability into the design solutions and systems.
– Provide detailed technical solutions that align with overall project goals, quality, and direction.
– Ensure that all aspects of building code and life safety are addressed throughout the entire design process and coordinate with internal teams and external consultants.
Qualifications:
– 4+ years experience
– Licensed Architect or studying for ARE
– High proficiency in Revit and Rhino
– Computational ability in Dynamo and Grasshopper preferred
– Demonstrated expertise in design, technical detailing, and complex problem-solving across projects of varying scales and typologies.
– LEED or WELL Accreditation preferred
