Nivin Boersma is an Architect with GMB in Royal Oak, Michigan. With over a decade of experience in architecture, Nivin has contributed to a diverse range of projects, including retail, mixed-use, educational, and civic developments. Her work reflects a commitment to innovative, sustainable, and community-centered design that enhances the built environment and the well-being of its users.
An active member of the American Institute of Architects, Nivin served as Co-Chair of the AIA Detroit Christopher Kelley Leadership Development Program (CKLDP) following her participation as a 2023–2024 Scholar. She currently continues her involvement as a member of the AIA Detroit Building Codes & Regulations Committee.
