6:00 to 6:45 Break-out session:
Tables will be set up, grouping committees with similar missions and events. Board members, 2014 partners, and volunteers are invited to visit committee tables to share ideas, discuss how the committees can be supported in achieving their goals, and document any brainstorming (paper will be provided).
6:45 to 7:00 Summarize the key results from the discussions in notebooks that will be provided.
7:00 to 7:45Enjoy food and beverage, continue any one-on-one discussions and simply have fun.

In order to help seed the discussions, here are some thoughts for your consideration:
Committee Representatives: This is an opportunity to interact directly with Board members, key 2013 partners, and potential volunteers to further develop/enhance your plans and get support.
2013 Partners: This is your opportunity to share how you can add value to committee plans for 2014.
Board Members: Many of you have expressed interest in what committees are doing and are willing to participate at some level to help out. Whether by direct involvement, sharing ideas, providing mentorship/guidance/resources, or just getting more first-hand knowledge about what the committees are planning, I encourage each of you to visit the committee(s) of your choice to listen and engage.
Sponsorship/communication folks: This is your opportunity to discuss how this impacts committees and how you can help.
We will collect all the documented thoughts and ideas and redistribute them, hopefully using them to inform our organization’s decision-making this upcoming year. Please make every effort to attend this Event so that together we can create the foundation to build upon throughout the year.
