Description: The presentation will discuss several case studies on innovative sustainable site design practices and engineering techniques to address stormwater management using nature-based systems, use of native landscapes for ecological performance and outdoor environments for people that provide health and wellness benefits. The projects took a multi-benefit systems approach to protect and enhance land and water resources to not just survive but thrive as healthy functioning landscapes as living infrastructure in a changing climate.
