The American Institute of Architecture Students at Lawrence Technological University strives to help and support the community around us. At Lawrence Tech we pride ourselves as one of the first chapters to pilot the Freedom by Design program, which allows students to use their knowledge and design skills to work with handicapped and disabled members of the community.

The Annual Freedom by Design Silent Auction is held each year to raise funds to support our Freedom by Design program.

The guest lecturer in conjunction with the auction is Thom Mayne of Morphosis Architects, Inc.
