This eco-mobility campus strives to move past the norms of manufacturing to create an ecosystem that converges innovation, design, engineering, testing, and sales. The design incorporates three unique experiences: the employee, the visitor, and the VIP. Each experience functions separately yet physically intertwines throughout the building and acts cohesively with one another. The design was inspired by nature. From it, five pillars were developed: product focus, an innovative building façade, horizon lines, balance of mass and void, and a welcoming atmosphere. The building layout grants all users the opportunity to feel close to the product design, development, and assembly by engaging them in the process. An immersive site design integrated with the building layout generates a feeling of excitement and ease as users can access the landscape and interact with nature.
