We are currently seeking an Interior Designer. This opportunity is based in our Southfield studio and will involve collaborating with our Design team to deliver exceptional design outcomes for our clients.

The ideal candidate works well under deadline pressure, has strong interpersonal skills, and possesses desirable familiarity with job details. You will have a proven track record of independently applying architectural concepts and leading investigation, evaluation, programming, and recommended solutions that best fit the client’s needs.

Who you are:
· Interior Designer with a minimum of 5 years of experience
· A recognized team player with strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems creatively
· Previous experience working in commercial, multi-family, higher education, workplace, or retail
· Ability to work effectively on a team or independently

What you will do:
· Participate and/or lead presentations to clients and project shareholders when necessary
· Responsible for specific interior design aspects of assigned large complex projects or interior design specialty
· Provides professional interior design consultation and documentation in the planning and coordination
· Knowledge of furniture, fixtures, and equipment design specifications
· Carries out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved techniques and procedures
· Contribute to our culture of equality, creativity, and innovation; think outside the box

Your Education + Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent degree is preferred
· AIA / NCIDQ licensure and/or LEED certification are assets
· Proficient Revit skills
· Working knowledge of Enscape rendering software, Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office
· Knowledge of furniture, fixtures, and equipment design specifications
