END Studio is hiring a part-time Administrative & Marketing Assistant!
As an Administrative and Marketing Assistant, you will work with the END Studio team to support projects, work on marketing and business development, and handle day-to-day office management and administrative tasks. The position will be structured as approximately 16-24 hours a week, with two days in person and some flexibility for remote work. Pay commensurate with experience level.

• Attend staff meetings
• Monitor incoming emails and calls
• Schedule management
• Social media posting and monitoring
• Website updating
• Assistance with portfolios, proposals, and marketing documents
• Review and pay invoices, coordinate with bookkeeper and accountant
• Ordering samples, contacting vendors, setting up trade accounts
• Run periodic project management reports
• Office management and organization, buying supplies, filling out forms, general office tasks, etc.
The right candidate will be detail-oriented, a creative thinker, and have the ability to manage a variety of tasks. The candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate with clients. The candidate should have a strong graphic sensibility and a working knowledge of social media, print portfolios, and other marketing media.
