Project Architect/Project Manager

Disbrow Iannuzzi is looking for a Project Architect/Project Manager to join our team, someone passionate about the creative rigor and craft required to deliver thoughtful architecture and interior spaces.

Responsibilities:
– Lead the construction documentation and management of highly detailed design projects
– Collaborate on the design development and documentation of bespoke residential, hospitality, and sports projects
– Coordinate the work of junior design staff and consultants throughout the life of a project
– Coordinate and manage the work of sub-contractors on Architect-Led design-build projects

Qualifications:
– Professional degree in architecture (BArch or MArch)
– Architectural license is a plus but not required
– Experience and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other modeling software
– Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
– Able to work independently as part of a team
– Passionate about Architecture and Design
