inFORM studio seeking Architect / Regional Program Manager
Position Description:
We are looking for a mid-level architect to serve as the single-point client manager for a nationally recognized Fortune 500 Healthcare client, and primary liaison between client, internal prototype design teams, contractor, consultants and municipalities. The candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of small-to- large size prototype projects from schematic design through contract administration to bring projects to completion on schedule, within budget and maximize client satisfaction.
The position is anticipated to entail the following:
Collaborate with project leaders to coordinate project assessment, front-end development, scheduling, etc.
Preliminary schematic Clinic Planning
Manage & Execute Construction Documentation production, including consultant coordination
Manage Construction Administration and execute Construction Administration tasks, including: Submittals, RFIs, Bulletins, addendums, pay apps, approval
Develop and distribute site & facility assessment reports
QA/QC and distribution oversight of Permit and Bid docs
Train project teams in all phases of project
Coordinate proposals and contracts for inFORM, GC, other trades
Manage and execute continuous process improvements between office templates and prototype
Mentor less experienced teammates within the studio.
Work with firm leadership to provide critical feedback and continuously improve the design and project management process
Position Qualifications:
A licensed mid-level professional with the ability to lead small-to- medium size projects from concept to completion. We desire a professional with an interest in innovation and technical design. Desired qualifications include:
Six to eight years of experience
Demonstrated capability in project management|leadership
Ability to create construction documents and coordinate with engineering disciplines
Proficiency with Revit
Proficiency with Autocad
Proficiency with Adobe CS suite: Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, etc.
Strong technical skills
Familiarity with International Building Code and relevant complementary codes
Licensure
LEED accreditation preferred, not required
