inFORM studio seeking 3D Visualization Specialist
inFORM studio is seeking an individual with an expertise in visualization as a narrative for design projects. This individual should have a passionate interest in the creative communication of architecture, urban design, landscape and interiors. Qualified individuals must work closely with design teams in the preparation of 3D visualization, understand the concepts and initial design intent, and apply this into a graphic representation. This may involve reproducing the designer’s concepts into various graphic mediums including photo-realistic 3D renderings, animations and VR.
Must be an expert in the use of rendering software that could include: 3Ds Max / Vray / Lumion / SketchUp /AutoCAD / Revit / Rhino / Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and any other graphic or rendering software. Applicants may work with software they prefer for desired results. Must be fully conversant in reading architectural plans, sketches and elevations, and have a sophisticated knowledge of related visualization and photorealistic rendering techniques.
Qualified candidates should have the following:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Fine Art, Interiors, Landscape or related design field
Rendering and Animation expertise required (portfolio required)
Ability to capture video desired
Video production and editing capability desired utilizing Adobe After Effects and Premiere (or equivalent)
Photography experience desired
Attention to detail and a discerning eye for photo-editing
Creative approach to representational techniques
