Designing an Urban Place within an Historic Icon.  The cities of Imlay Township, Attica Township and Imlay City, small central Michigan farming communities experiencing disinvestment, joined forces to develop their Community Revitalization Plan. The CRP focuses on the downtown and core area of Imlay City, and its immediate surroundings, to transform it into a regional destination, building off of its agricultural roots and making it an Agricultural Community for the Future.
