Chef Cat Cora, most commonly recognizable from Iron Chef America, is evolving her current Brand Cat Cora’s Kitchen Concept. Using the same high quality ingredients of her current restaurants.
Cat Cora’s Taproom focuses on bringing a sophisticated culinary experience to the travelers at the Detroit McNamara Terminal. The design provides a warm and inviting atmosphere through the usage of intimate lighting and a rich, but contemporary color palate. The emphasis of the design was to maintain the warm and family friendly atmosphere of the Cat Cora Brand, and evolve it into a fresh new concept providing a social bar experience and fine dining in a travel retail environment. With a mix of casual cocktails to upscale dining, the space is destined to welcome and appease to the different tastes and moods of every traveler/customer.
