Description of Position;
The Oakland County Parks & Recreation, Facilities Maintenance Department – Project Management Group is looking for a career-minded design/engineering college student to work in a small office of design professionals, assisting staff with the design and implementation of park related projects for building and site improvements. This individual must have a working knowledge of computer based software such as but not limited to AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Description of Organization;
Oakland County Parks & Recreation manages 13 park locations, totaling approximately 6,700 acres of land within Oakland County, Michigan. Park facilities offer recreational opportunities for hiking, biking, swimming, golf, banquet, camping, picnicking, etc. Please refer to https://www.oakgov.com/parks for more information.

Number hours per week;
20 – 30 hours
500 – 1000 hours
Hours will depend on various school/program requirements.

Compensation;
$11.3623 – $15.1496 per hour

Anticipated Start Date;
